Israel are celebrating 75 years today. According to the Abraham prophecy in the book of Genesis this will be the year of their battle of Armageddon.
Independence Day in Israel is a celebration of the rebirth of the nation to which many Jewish people have returned after miraculously surviving nearly 2000 years away from their land.
Most Christians believe the birth of modern Israel in 1948 is a sign of the end times. But most are unaware that the Bible also places Abraham's birth in the Jewish year 1948, that is 1948 AM (Anno Mundi), or 1948 years after creation. Given that Abraham is the ancient father of the nation of Israel, this is a highly significant fact, and especially in light of what comes next.
Abram's time in his father's house came to an end when he was 75 years old in 2023 AM, and God called him. (Genesis 12v4). (1948 + 75 = 2023).
The parallel indicates that Israel are coming to the end of their life long testimony this year. The end of their testimony will symbolically foreshadow the end of the world, but for us it will become a moment of birth. A much more important end times journey is about begin for all God's people.
PROPHECY INVOLVES TWO TESTIMONIES
There are always two testimonies, or 'two witnesses' when prophecy is fulfilled. Modern Israel have reached 75 years, and now we can expect some major world wide events with one more end times testimony to be filled before Jesus returns.
The gospel is "first to the Jew, and also the Greek," in which 'the Greek' represents the whole gentile world (Rom 1v16, 2v9-10). Prophecy is the same.
When prophecy is fulfilled it happens in a way that reveals the 'lived testimony' of Jesus, (his birth, life and death), because, "The testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy." - Revelation 19v10.
Israel are "signs and symbols," (Isaiah 8v18). Their 75 years foreshadows the end times journey which for us will be of unknown length, but limited to the natural lifespan of a generation (Mat 24v34).
Within a year I expect that the signs and the testimony of Modern Israel will be completed as we see a war that will come as an abomination that causes desolation to Israel. Then the ultimate end times journey will begin in which world war three will follow quickly as a moment of birth for the whole world.
Two lived testimonies come one after another:
Birth - life - death / birth - life - death.
Modern Israel / the final generation
The first testimony relates to the flesh, the second is lived by God’s people in spirit and truth.
The word became flesh and dwelt among us (John 1v14). When Jesus died the church was born (on Pentecost), and prophecy was fulfilled again in spirit and truth, up until the second death came symbolically in 70 AD with the destruction of ancient Israel.
Modern Israel were born out of WW2 after surviving the holocaust in which a third of the Jewish people of the world were killed. Their 75 year testimony is the first in a pattern of two.
When Jesus was born he also survived a kind of holocaust, the slaughter of the innocent, and the church was born with "blood, fire and billows of smoke" (Acts 2 and Joel 2). In those days all prophecy was fulfilled twice, first by Jesus, and secondly by the early church.
Now as modern Israel are approaching the end of their testimony we are approaching the birth of the final generation in which world war three can be expected to kill a third of the people of the whole world in a nuclear war (Rev 9v15).
In addition, Jesus was born with a sign in heaven, and we now have the sign of the birth, the Revelation 12 sign appeared in the sky on 23rd September 2017. It is understood as a seven year sign for the end times birth. We can expect that by God's miracle his people will be able to escape the destruction of WW3 which is expected to climax in about the latter part of 2024, or around that time.
For confirmation we must watch the Daniel 11 prophecy. A war at the time of the end will go through the Middle East as described in Daniel 11v36-44, and verse 44 is the 'King Herod' moment of destruction - nuclear war. See The Daniel 11 Prophecy.
UNKNOWN FACT:
Most Christian leaders know that Modern Israel was reborn in 1948 AD, but they are mostly unaware of the fact that Abraham was born in 1948 AM. This is because the 17th century Bishop Ussher's chronology changes the dates from the time of Abraham's father, Terah, and onwards.
I'm traveling on mission to alert Christian leaders of the need to prepare for nuclear war, and I'm alerting people to the signs. Please have look at what is revealed in Genesis, because God reveals the end from the beginning (Isaiah 46v10).
The first 20 generations from Adam to Abraham are listed in Genesis 5 and 11:
The first 10 generations in Genesis 5,
Noah was 600 in the year of the flood (Gen 7v6),
the remaining years are listed in Genesis 11v10-26:
130 + 105+ 90 + 70 + 65 + 162 + 65 + 187 + 182 + 600 + 2 + 35 + 30 + 34 + 30 + 32 + 30 + 29 + 70 = 1948 AM.
Abraham lived 75 years in his father's house, then in Genesis 12v4 the second stage of Abram's life began when God called him in 2023 AM.
THE ABRAHAM PROPHECY
The call of Abram in 2023 AM began a chiasm of birth pains spanning ten chapters of Genesis from the call of Abram (Gen 12) to the birth of Isaac (Gen 21). This foreshadows the end times birth. Mirroring events in the chiasm move from the call of Abram through pandemic, war, and covenant, to the focus of the chiasm in chapter 16, the birth of Ishmael.
Why does the chiasm of Genesis 12-21 focus on the birth of Ishmael? Abram was waiting for Isaac, not Ishmael. The promises would be through Isaac, so the focus on Ishmael is hard to understand.
The struggle between Ishmael and Isaac is explained in Galatians 4 and 5 as a struggle between flesh and spirit. This is repentance. So the struggle between their mothers, Hagar and Sarah is symbolic. In prophecy the struggle and the calamities associated with times of birth reveals the flesh spirit struggle of repentance.
The birth of the final generation will bring the ultimate flesh spirit struggle as we are called to apocalyptic repentance so that we may escape the dragon of nuclear war. God's family needed to escape the dragon in Revelation 12 as the Christ child is born. So just as Jesus escaped King Herod and the slaughter of the 'innocent' we can be certain that God will help his people today as the signs are now clearly pointing to an apocalyptic moment of birth that will take the lives of many 'innocent' people.
According to the ancient 'lost book' of Jasher, in chapter 8 Abraham was born with a sign in heaven, then he also survived an attempt by King Nimrod to kill him. This is remarkably like the birth of Jesus. Jasher is referred to a couple of times in the Bible, and is now being studied by people in the Hebrew roots movement. I recommend printing out such books on paper before WW3.
PREPARE
To plan and prepare for nuclear war we need to consider the circumstances of the birth of Jesus:
1. Exodus: "Out of Egypt I called my son" (Mat 2v15). We will need to be ready to get out of the cities and away from other military targets.
2. Bethlehem: Heb. "House of Bread." Prepare long life food, medicine, warm cloths etc.
3. Nativity scene: Joseph and Mary had nowhere to stay. This will be our problem too as millions of people move away from cities and other military targets. Farms will be the best places to go. Then like Immanuel in Isaiah 7, we will have curds and honey while the land is destroyed by the king of Assyria.
HELPING OTHERS
As Christians we want to help as many people as possible to escape the destruction of nuclear war (Galatians 6v10). This will bring great glory to God and will open the door to the gospel.
Consider working with the government like Joseph who worked with Pharaoh to prepare for the world wide seven year famine (Genesis 41). Pharaoh and the Egyptians also helped the Israelites greatly just before the exodus. (Exodus 11-12)
To do this we will need to plan a two stage exodus like Lot as he escaped Sodom and Gomorrah:
Stage one: Lot fled to a small town, Zoar. We will have the opportunity to help many people survive nuclear war by making preparations in the smaller towns, but Lot didn't feel safe to stay there with his family.
Stage two: Lot took his family and ran to the mountains (Bethlehem), perhaps a remote farm. This is like Noah in the ark, caring for his family and some animals. It is the nativity scene which we also see in the prophecy of the birth of Immanuel in Isaiah 7v21-22.
The disruption caused by war (no fuel supply etc) will mean farmers will be looking for people to help, and people will survive the famine of a nuclear winter much better on farms. Biblical wisdom will be a great blessing to us as we work to prepare for world war three. God will also make us fruitful, and will multiply us, and by his word he will show us how to live well after world war three.
All of the Biblical examples listed above relate typologically to moments of birth within larger patterns in which the history of Israel forms patterns of birth - life - death. These are symbolic testimonies that reveal Jesus, and ultimately the journey ahead for the final generation.
